ChristianTripFinder

Privacy policy

Last updated September 2026. This is a plain-language summary of what we collect and why. It will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

What we collect

  • Trip inquiries. When you ask an advisor a question, we store your name, email, phone, party size, message, the page you were on and basic campaign parameters. We deliver the inquiry to the advisor and agency that listed the trip and send you a copy.
  • Email list. If you request the calendar PDF or subscribe to updates, we store your email and the interests you chose, and add you to our marketing system so we can send occasional news of new departures. You can unsubscribe from any email. We do not send marketing text messages unless you have separately and explicitly agreed to them.
  • Messages to us. If you use our contact form, we email your name, email address, topic and message to our own inbox so we can reply. Writing to us does not add you to any mailing list.
  • Advisor accounts. Advisors provide profile, agency and billing information. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
  • Usage data. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting page analytics.

What we never collect

Passport numbers, dates of birth, government identification numbers and payment card details for trips. If a form on this site ever asks for these, do not enter them and contact us.

Where your inquiry goes

Only to the agency that listed the trip, and within it to the advisor assigned to that trip according to the agency's routing settings. If the agency has connected a CRM, we also deliver the inquiry to that CRM at the agency's request. The operator of this directory does not receive or market to inquiries made on other agencies' listings.

Starting a Trip Brief

The "Start a Trip Brief" option hands you to TripBrief AI, a separate service run by the same company as this directory, under the advisor's own branding. We pass along a referral token and the trip you were viewing, and nothing about you: at that point we do not know who you are. The conversation and the finished brief are held by TripBrief for the advisor and belong to that advisor.

When you finish, TripBrief tells us the brief is complete and sends back your name, email, phone number if you gave one, and a few lines of summary (who is traveling, when, budget, destinations). We store that only so the advisor can see it in their dashboard and be notified. It is visible to that advisor and their agency and to no other agency. ChristianTripFinder does not add you to any mailing list because of it and does not use it for marketing.

On a trip page, the brief goes to the advisor or agency that listed that trip. On pages that are not about one advisor's trip, such as Plan a Trip, a destination page or the calendar, it goes to the travel agency operated by the company behind this directory, as the page says before you start.

Retention and your rights

Inquiries are retained while the listing agency's account is active. You may ask us to delete inquiries you submitted or to remove you from the email list by contacting hello@christiantripfinder.com.

Providers

We use Neon (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (advisor billing), Resend (transactional email) and GoHighLevel (our own newsletters and advisor onboarding). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Travelers who send an inquiry about a trip are never added to our marketing system; their details go only to the advisor and agency that listed the trip.
