Terms of use

Plain-language draft for review by counsel before launch.

For travelers

  • ChristianTripFinder is a directory. We list trips offered by independent advisors and agencies and pass your inquiries to them. We are not a party to any booking.
  • Prices, availability and trip details are provided by the listing advisor and are not verified by us. Confirm everything before paying a deposit.
  • Any contract for travel is between you and the advisor or agency, subject to their terms and the applicable seller-of-travel laws.

For advisors and agencies

  • You may list only trips you have the right to advertise, and you are responsible for keeping dates, prices and availability accurate.
  • Listings are moderated. We may decline or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, expired or outside the directory's scope.
  • Plans are billed annually through Stripe. Listing limits are pooled at the agency level. If a subscription lapses, listings above the free limit are unpublished, soonest departures kept.
  • You will not collect passport numbers, dates of birth, government identification numbers or payment details through this platform.
  • Inquiries and briefs generated through your listings are yours. We do not market to them.
  • Featured placement is available to paid plans as included slots and as a one-time paid promotion for a fixed period. A promotion applies to one published trip, is always labelled as promoted to visitors, never runs past the trip's departure date, and keeps running if you unpublish the trip. Paid promotions are non-refundable once started except where we end one ourselves; they do not affect moderation.

Content and conduct

You retain rights to the text and images you upload and grant us a license to display them on the directory and in its promotion. Do not upload content you do not have rights to. Faith statements are self-provided and must be your own.

Liability

The directory is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChristianTripFinder is not liable for any loss arising from a trip listed here or from reliance on listing information.
